chocolate drink is a popular drink here in Nigeria, we love taking Milo, bournvita, ovatin, cowbell choco etc mostly during breakfast. it is commonly prepared with hot or lukewarm water together with milk and serve with toasted bread and fried egg. This drink can also be used in pap and custard very delicious.😋

The good news is you can produce yours at home with just a few ingredients such as

2 cups of powdered milk
1 cups of granulated sugar
½ cup of cocoa powdered
condensed or liquid milk or egg white

Preparation

put all mixture in a big bowl and mix thoroughly, make sure they are really combined then transfer to your frying pan and cook on a very low heat stir until it becomes dark brown, set aside and allow to cool and finally transfer your chocolate drink to an air tight container.
